With some external circuitry, you sure can. You will need some kind of current shunt resistor (something really small, such as 0.01 to 1 Ohm). I would also get a high-side current sense amplifier (such as a TSC103IPT) to turn the measurement into a single ended signal and into a voltage range more suitable for the DAQ.
