DAQ card's (PCI 6110) analog ouput port 1may be defective.

We use the Labview with DAQ (PCI 6110) card in our
lab.
Now We suddenly find that the analog output port 0 of
our BNC2110 board, which we usually use, doesn't work,
we change it with another new BNC2110 we have, it's
the same situation, so we could only change to use the
other output port 1. I also check all the cables, it's
OK. So I think that the DAQ card doesn't work well.
Since PCI 6110 only support two effective output
ports, So if it is defective,we need to get it
repaired at a convenient time.
What's the possible reason to cause this? If there is
any easy method for examination and testing the
hardware defect?
Thanks for your help.

Hello;

The best way to go about this is to hook up the other analog output channel to the BNC terminal block and check if that solves the problem.

If it does, the other channel is defective. In that case, give NI a call and ask for a RMA number so you can ship that card to NI and have that fixed.

Hope this helps.
