DAQ card migration

We are migrating the DAQ device from USB-6212 to PCIe-6376 after prototype development.

In our project, there are six A/I channels.  USB-6212 is configured to single-ended input.

PCIe-6376 is a high-end card, which limits to simultaneous differential input.

We tried to ground the -ve inputs of the channels, but the waveform is different from 6212.

Please advise.

Can you tell me more about how the signal looks different between the cards?  

Can you also describe the expected signal?  Is it periodic?  What frequency components?  Fast edge rates?  DC/AC voltage levels?

I agree with Russell, could you please provide more information.

If possible attach signals screenshots too.

At this moment I think the issue can come from input impedance of device but this is unlikely.
