Hi,

I am currently working with PXI-6259 card. I would like to know how to make every output channel independent from each other. I want to write to each channel at different time but it seem that all channel are wrap together. Is there a way to brake all channel?

You can only have one analog output task specified for that card at a time or you will receive a resource is reserved error.  Also, there is only one clock for the analog output channels so you can not directly set different update rates on the channels.  There are some workarounds though that will allow you to output different frequencies but it is dependent on the signal your are trying to generate. 

So, what types of signals are you generating?  If you need a TTL signal output I would recommend to use the two counter outputs available on the card.
