Could not find product 'ni-daqmx_19.0'

I am trying to download the ni-dawmx on a lab laptop and I keep getting the above error. I was able to install the package manager but the error comes up directly after. I was able to get it to download on my work laptop (HP Windows 10) but when I tried the exact same process on 2 different lab laptops I got this same error. One PC is windows 8 and the other is windows 10 and they are both Dells.
