I am sorry.
 
 
As you know. my buttons are not directly connected to relay. How am I put wire from cb-68lp and connected to CN2-x?
Is not doing way? How am I doing without changing a lot of my design? You have any suggestion.

Wire some digital I/O from your DAQ board directly to CN2. This is a simple modification since all that the switches do is ground an input of some TTL chips. A logic 1 output from the digital I/O is the same as an open switch and a logic 0 is the same as a closed switch.
