You have shown that you are unable to read the specification of the NI-6002 and the specification of the solenoid valve and understand enough of Ohm's law to realise that you cannot directly drive one from the other.
Neither, it would seem, have you searched the forums for "Solenoid". If you had, you would realise this question has been asked & answered many times before.
Step away from that solenoid valve RIGHT NOW before you kill yourself. Consult someone who is qualified and knows what they are doing.
