Connect myRIO to NI USB DAQ Board

Hi Hooovahh, how are you?

Now that you are a Proven Zealot and a LVA, how about we revive this topic?

I still would like to connect my USB-6212 DAQ board to myRIO. Any thoughts?

So glad you are following my career.  Anyway I don't (and have never) actually had a myRIO.  I wish I had one, but they just aren't cheap enough for me to blow as an impulse buy (now a $1 raspberry pi zero I couldn't say no to).  So I don't know if this advice is applicable, or the steps that it might be missing.

That being said I saw an article on getting USB NI-DAQ hardware working on a raspberry pi zero.

I think some of these steps could be followed to get some basic USB DAQ functionality in a myRIO since both are running a variant of linux on an ARM processor.  Not sure if it will work but you could look into it and let the community know what you could get to work.
