Configure acquired channel to change part way through long acquisition ?

Can the channel begin acquired on an E-series board be configured to change part way through a long acquisition when acquiring at the maximum sample rate ? I'd like to acquire from channel 0 for the first several hundred points, then switch to channel 1 for the remaining several hundered more. If the channel scan list is given values of 0,1 it will alternate back and forth between ch0 and ch1. If say 400 values of 0 are written to the scan list followed by 700 values of 1, that may be large than the channel-gain queue list.

I do not think there is a possible way to change the acquisition channel list on the fly. In order to change the channel you would need to configure the Analog Input Acquisition a second time.

One thing that I would advise to do would be, to have all the channels included at the very beginning in the channel list and then to discard any data from a particular channel in which you are not interested in.
