Compact DAQ unknown error when creating a task in NI MAX or using Measurement VI in Labview

Solved!
Go to solution

CompactDAQ is just kinda "broken". I even went as far as to uninstall ALL NI software and reinstall it because I was at such a loss. That took 4 hours (on an M.2 SSD @ 300Mbps WAN). Speedy!

There's a .NET error (.dmp) files in the NI Logs dir.

Same error appears for NIMAX.exe

How do I make it go? Thanks

Well, I guess I was premature in my assessment of "still not working". Seems to be working now. Go figure.
