What is the meaning of the supported power input in the instructions for ni-USB devices? For example, for China 220VAC, does the equipment have to be powered with additional 220VAC?

Typically, yes, some USB DAQs require an additional power supply besides USB cable that connects with the computer. Which model are you looking at?
