Cannot load Fusion.WriteThenRead.vi

Have compiled a Vi which works fine on the host computer. Whe I try to run it on a laptop with just runtime and Daqmxbase i get errors -->

An error occured loading VI
'Fusion.WriteThenRad.vi'.
LabVIEW load error code 21: An external
subroutine required for execution could not be found.

Hello,

When building an executable or shared object project using NI-DAQmx Base VIs and using the NI USB-92xx, the 'USB-92xx Bulk Reader.vi' must be set so that its front panel is not removed. This can be done by following the steps below:

1) Click Tools » Build Application or Shared Library (DLL)...
2) Select the VI Settings tab
3) Highlight the row for the USB-92xx Bulk Reader.vi
4) Click Edit Build Settings
5) Change the Target Setting to no for Remove Panel and click Change
6) Click Done
7) Build the VI

Let me know if that does not fix the problem.
