Can someone tell me whether PCI 6014 works with Windows 10?

Yes. DAQmx 17.6.0 supports the PCI-6014 and works on Windows 10.
Note that the PCI-6014 is part of a product family that will be discontinued later this year, and thus is not recommended for new designs.
