Hi, I want to measure the temperature of my product, what I have now is the USB-6255 DAQ and TT-T-36 thermocouple (http://www.omega.com/Temperature/pdf/FineWire_DupInsul.pdf), is that enough? Do I have to purchase extra device? And which application should I choose? The NI-DAQmX?

I reckon you've got all the hardware there buddy. If you put the thermocouple into your USB-6255 you can run test panels in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) and check the Analogue voltage measurements to make sure you have everything wired OK. If you want to convert voltage into temperature then there are predefined scales depending on the thermocouple type, but you can always create a custom scale if you like.
What I would reccomend you do is create an Express vi -> DAQ Assistant in LabVIEW. Choose Acquire Signals -> Temperature -> Thermocouple and choose the channel you have wired your thermocouple into. Check it's settings and calibration and click OK. Then "bob's your uncle"
