Building a test setup for automating the verification of electronic parameter

I am new to NI and I have been tasked with developing an automated test setup for verification of electronic components before and after being subject to radiation. 

 

I see there are two basic chassis CompactDAQ and CompactRIO. I have been able to understand the difference between them or how to select the modules that will satisfy my requirements.

 

If anyone knows of a webpage that will allow me to select a chassis and populate the modules I would appreciate it.
