Are there any compatability problems between the SCXI 1000 and the DAQ Card AI-16E-4 or an ATMIO 16 card?

I am using an SCXI 1000 chassis cabled to DAQCard AI-16E-4 in a laptop computer. I have an 1162HV in slot 3. When I try to read from a digital port with a port width of 32 using this configuration, I do not get 32 0's and 1's, I get a single 0. However, connecting this card to an SCXI 1001 produces 32 0's and 1's. The same thing occurred with an ATMIO 16 card
I've contacted NI and they are looking into this. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do?

Humm, did you try running a LabVIEW/CVI example for SCXI-1162HV?

Make sure that you have NIDAQ 6.9.0 installed. Haven't seen this when i worked with it recently.
