Are SH68-68-EP and SHC68-68-EPM compatible cables?

Are the SH68-68-EP (184749C-1) and the SHC68-68-EPM (192061-0R5) compatible? Is it possible to substitute one another?

They are not. The C at the front indicates that the cable has a VHDCI device connector.
