Analog inputs no longer function on our AT MIO16E board

The Analog inputs for our ATMIO16E board are no longer functioning. I was wondering what the procedure was to get it repaired. Where is the nearest repair center to Tel-Aviv?

I have already run the online diagnostic prog. which confirmed that the analog inputs are not working. Any idea regarding time and cost?
