AT-MIO16E10

I am working with AT-IO 16E10 Board, and i would like to know what is
the function of the internal 32 pins conector?
I apreciate anyone who can answer that, it seems incredible but i can´t
find any infomation about it.

Hello.

Those internal pins that you are seeing are for the Real-Time System
Integration bus, or the RTSI bus. The RTSI bus is used for
synchronization between several DAQ cards. For example, let's say you
have four 16-channel E-Series cards in your computer. Through the RTSI
bus, you can synchronize the triggering clock for all 64 channels such
that they all acquire data points at the same time. You connect cards
with a RTSI cable, which looks very similar to a HDD cable: a ribbon
with a female connectors every 3 inches or so.

I look through NI server in full and can't find any mention about RTSI pin assignment, only detailed manual how to plug RTSI cable can be found. This is not very respectable practice, I think.
