AT-MIO-64E-3 EEPROM and CalDACs

We are currently experiencing a strange behavior with the AT-MIO-64E-3 analog input readings. At times, it would acquire accurate readings. After rebooting (or power-cycle) the PC, the readings acquired are off by 0.25 volt (70 millivolt on another board). We got the same problem on different PCs. So, we know it has something to do with the boards. We are writing our own driver for a RTOS. After reading Chapter 5 on the ATMIO E-Series RLP Manual, it seems like you have to reading the calibration constants from the EEPROM and write them to the CalDACs. Could someone please confirm that we need to do this read_EEPROM/write_CalDACs in our driver? If so, could someone also please tell us how we could do that (better yet with examples
, code, etc.)? It looks like the information about the CalDACs addresses, etc. is missing.

Hello;

National Instruments doesn't support register level programming, beyond the information that is available at our home page.

You can try the Knowledgebase number 24SHKCYF which is related to calDAQs.

Hope this helps.
