AT-MIO-16XE10: some problems during the installation.

I installed (apparently with successfull) a Multifunction board AT-MIO-16-XE10(NIDAQ version 6.9 - OS: Win2000).
Nevertheless, when I opened the hardware properties I seen two Data Acquisition Devices: the first one seems to be OK. On the contrary, the second one does not run (on the property I read: it is impossible to run the device (Code 10)).
I tried to delete it, but when I restarted the
system the second device has automatically been installed.
I tried to run the Measurement & Automation Utility: the test panel for the analog output channels works well. On the contraty, the test panel for the input channels does not work and the Measurement & Automation application does not respond.

grifo,
It is correct for there to be two listed for NI AT boards in Windows Device Manager. The reason is the number of resourses alotted to each board is more that what windows will allow for one device. But, you will still just see one device in MAX. You may be getting a Code 10 error if the resourses that are trying to be assinged to the second device (a DMA channel) are being used by another device. You will need to disable one device from trying to access that resourse. You can get information on how to do this from NI's web site at www.ni.com/support/daq -> enter device and OS and then click on Resourse Conflict.
