AI with cDAQ-9181 on linux

Hello,

This topic has been opened in 2016, is there anything new since then ?

I have bought a cDAQ-9181 and I am trying to collect data from AI of a 9203 Current Module

on Linux.

I spent 2 days on www.ni.com/download and www.ni.com/support but coudln't find any solution.

Is there any Python, C or C++ Example code to get the data?

Regards,

Henry.

NI DAQmx driver library is not supported on Linux. The best National Instruments could come up with was to suggest that I run virtual machine with Windows OS under Linux and somehow transfer data from windows to Linux.

The latest available version of Linux drivers library NI DAQmx is at www.ni.com/download/ni-linux-device-drivers-2018/7664/en/ . The file http://download.ni.com/support/softlib//MasterRepository/DriverUpdates.zip lists all supported devices. cDAQ-9181 is not on the list, so the National Instruments does not support under Linux.
