6025 and sc 2050 connection??I have a NI 6025E PCI based card,a SC2050 adapter,16 channel 5B series backplane, a 16 channel SSR backplane and a CB 50 .How do i connect all these?

Hello,

For this configuration, you will need an R1005050 cable to split the MIO section (pins 1-50) from the extended DIO section (pins 51-100).  You would then plug the MIO connector (pins 1-50) into the J1 connector of the SC-2050.  Then, using an NB7 26-pin ribbon cable, connect either J3 or J4 of the SC-2050 to the 5B Series backplane.
You can connect the CB-50 to connector J2 on the SC-2050 with a 50-pin ribbon cable.  This gives access to all MIO pins (1-50) on the DAQ device.  This is mainly useful for accessing the unused DIO, counter, and analog output lines.
The extended DIO connector (pins 51-100) can connect directly to the SSR Series backplane.

Please see the documents listed below for more information about cabling these devices:

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,
Sean C.
