set the speed of suruga motorized stages controlling by D220 Controller?

I have problem with setting the speed of Suruga motorized stages using D220 controller, eventhough i m assigning each axis with different speed table, and also sometimes the motor will not stop at the sposition specified by my program. any help will highly appreciated.

Are you using LabVIEW and NI-VISA to send commands to the D220 controller via GPIB? I saw a related post by you here

You mentioned that the motor will not stop at the position specified by your program. Have you verified with the instrument user manual that the correct configuration and movement instruction has been sent to the instrument?

If you are unsure if the commands you are sending to the instrument are correct or not, you might like to contact the instrument vendor. The vendor will be able to give you support on the commands that need to be used.
