faulhaber gearbox

I'm looking to use one of these Faulhaber Gearheads - model 22/5 ratio 69.2:1 no.234921 - These are anti-backlash, however I understand there is some and that it can be adjusted out.

Any ideas on how to do this?

I have confirmation that Faulhaber will not disclose the information on how to adjust the backlash in their gearboxes, although they will do it for you in-house, but it takes time to get them back into the system.

They can supply them with or without backlash, but even without, I understand there is some that needs adjusting out.

So I'm looking for someone who is in the know and can point me at what needs a fiddle to adjust this. I understand that it can all be done through the two slots, post the motor being glued into position.

Any comments appreciated.
