cRio 9030 EhterCAT error

Hi.
I am beginner in using motor.
I have a crio 9030 connected to MAXPOS 50/5 via EtherCAT.
However, I occur error when device state chane Pre Operational to Safe Operational.
I want to get some suggestions(this error) or some tutorials for cRio 9030.

comment is "The slave cannot switch to the specified state. On the Online Device State page of the device check the error and emergency data of the device. ..."

Hi All,

I've got the same issue with my Crio-9074 + maxpos 50/5.

Scan-engine set to 1ms

Ethercat slave: distributed clock 0+1 enabled

Anyone got an idea whats wrong.

I already got it working with a coply control drive....
