Yaskawa Drives connected to UMI7764 and PXI-7334 Disable after staying idle for about 5 minutes

I have a setup in which I am using PXI-7334 4-Axis controller with UMI-7764 to control 4 Yaskawa SGDV drives. The system has been running fine for about a year now. Recently we started seeing a strange behavior where with the drives enabled if they were left idle (No Motion) all of the 4 drives will disable automatically. Not sure what could be causing this problem. Can anyone help me figure out where the problem could be or what should I look out for.

Thanks

Jigar

Hi Jigar,

What is the version of NI-motion that you are using as well as your operating system you are using? Did anything change with your setup around the time this behavior started occurring?

Something that would also be interested in testing is whether or not this behavior occurs when you have only one of the drives hooked up. Let me know what you find.
