Unable to find encoder resolution of myRIO mechatronics kit geared motor

Hi,

We purchased 5 myRio Mechatronics Accessory kits from NI few months ago. When I was building new experiments for the lab, I followed myRIO project guides here . However, I couldn't find any documentation for motor gear ratio (only on NI Site stated that it is 19:1) and encoder resolution (nothing at all).

I was wondering how those important information is missing from documentation.

I apologize that this information does not seem readly avaiable. If you go to page 77 of the NI myRIO Project Essentials Guide you can select the following YouTube link which talks more about the motor and encoder.

In the video about 2:40 in it states the geared motor features a 1:19 planetary gearbox and a 2 channel quadrature encoder (12 counts per revolution).
