Unable to configure Kollmorgen Single Axis AKD drive in Kollmorgen WorkBench

Hello , I'm Khairul .

I am trying to  control the motor AKM54H at specified speed using cRIO RT Controller 9074 & Kollmorgen Single Axis AKD drive.

Successful part. 

1) The device and IP address already appear in Kollmorgen Workbench.

Problem part.

1) ​Then, the AKD is still give warning (502 : Warning : Bus under voltage ) , 

From that issue  >>  I have added the voltage from 21v to 25v to make it possible but still the warning appear.

So can you give me ideas to move forward and why the warning still appear when I turned it from 21Vdc to 25Vdc.
