Hello All,
I am having issues sending a waveform signal(sinusoidal for now) through my DAQmx device to an oscilloscope. I am using the Basic Function Generator VI after initialization of the daq device, but the frequency that I set via the GUI ( say 1hz sin wave) is not the frequency I get when looking at my oscilloscope. I notice that when the sampling info (Fs specifically) is changed, that the frequency of the output wave as shown on the oscilloscope changes. My questions are as follows:
1. Why is the "Fs" parameter changing the frequency shown on the o-scope?
2. Why is it that the frequency I set the Basic Function Generator Vi to is not the output frequency I see on my o-scope?
