Hi everyone. I'm having a big problem with an Elmo mc servo drive. It's the SimpliIQ Solo Guitar. I have a robot that uses three of these drives. The robot's supplier went bankrupt, so if one breaks, I have to rely on my own resources to get replacement parts for these servo drives. I managed to read the CAN bus parameters, as well as the servo drive parameters, but I can't download the program used inside the servo drive. Every time I try to do it with EASII using the "Download Program" command, the EASII software closes automatically at 100%. With Composer 2, I get an error message saying it couldn't read the program image. This happens regardless of whether I use CAN bus or RS232, as these are the two communication methods supported by SimpliIQ servo drives. I'm wondering if anyone has ever had this kind of problem or if you have a solution; I would be very grateful.
