I am using a PXI-7354 controller and MID-7604 driver to control a stepper motor (no feedback). I configured the 7354 with the Automation Explorer and tried to start a relative motion on the stepper but there is no current on the stepper.

 

And another problem, no error in MAX but the fault LEDs were red and the inhibit LEDs were yellow on the 7604. The LEDs were on when the device was switched on without any command from the 7354.

 

Can someone please explain why there is no current on the stepper? And how can I solve the problem of the fault LEDs and inhibit LEDs?
