Inquiry about driver for stepper motor

Hi,

I have a stepper motor (Phytron ZSS) and would like to operate it using NI-9401(C series digital module) and cDAQ-9174(compactDAQ chassis).

And I think I need a motor driver between the stepper motor and NI-9401.

(I asked motor company about their driver but they recommended me to use NI's driver.)

My current motor does not have an encoder. (I am going to buy new one with encoder in the near future.)

So, I am considering purchasing SMD-7615.

I wonder if this will work with other devices I consider.

Or would you please recommend a motor driver for me?
