Can I set up motion assisst to work in distance instead of pulses?

I am trying to motion control with a MID-7604 Driver and Motion Assist software. I would like to work in mm on axis 1 and degrees on axis 2 but I don't see a way to change the setup from pulses to distance.

Sorry, but this is not possible in the first version of Motion Assistant. The Motion Assistant is basically a prototyping tool. You can do the scaling from steps to physical units later in your application.
