For the auto-tune in the MAX, I wanna to ask how many counts that the motors should be runned?
Can I change the desired position?

The count value depends on the resolution of your motor. Set it to be the maximum counts you want your motor to travel while responding to the signal sent for auto-tuning. Take a look at the following tutorial for more detailed information on servo tuning:
