We just wanted to try and get dates in the diary for the next few meetings to help with planning your time and getting speakers organised in advance.
Monday 20th July 2015 - Warwick University (already confirmed)
Monday 12th October 2015
Monday 11th January 2016
We are therefore looking for local hosts for the 12th October and 11th January please. This would involve organising a meeting space with presenting facilities and providing light refreshments (Argenta can supply biscuits if that helps negotiations!). Ideally car parking onsite or close by so that we make it as easy as possible for people to attend. Argenta will do everything else and I am happy to liaise with a named contact for finalising arrangements once the booking has been made.
