You can use a decoration. In the Visual C++ controls pallette, it is labeled "Group Box".
A common mistake that people make is to make the group box be higher in the Z-order than the controls it contains. When you do this, the contained ActiveX controls draw behind the decoration and so do not show up. To correct the problem, select the group box, right click, choose Properties, go to the Extended Styles tab, and enable the Transparent property.
Alternatively, you can make the ActiveX controls exist ahead of the group box in the tab order.
