do i have to install some version of Measurement Studio? Or are the following dlls enough? I just picked them from another computer.

When i want to use the TDMS-class this exceptions appears:
System.ComponentModel.LicenseException: NationalInstruments.Tdms.TdmsLicenser is unlicensed
