Migration from MStudio 1.0 to MStudio 2012

Hello

I need to migrate my MFC project from VC6.0 + MStudio 1.0 to  VC2005 + MStudio 2012, but I cannot find any of the header file included in the old version, such as

#include "NiCommon.h"
#include "NiMath.h"

or

#include "NiAxes.h"
#include "NiAxis.h"
#include "NiColor.h"
#include "NiCursor.h"
#include "NiCursors.h"
#include "NiGraph.h"
#include "NiImage.h"

and many more...

Any hints or tutorial or suggestion toaccomplish this migration?
