I'm connecting my oscilloscope to my PC using USBTMC but my pc can't read it. I already refreshed it in NI Max and its not also showing in my device manager. Can somebody help me?

1. Did you change the remote setting in osci?
I.e. go to support- about- remote- USBTMC
2. Try changing USB cable

Yes, I changed it to USBTMC already and I have NI VISA installed on my PC. Should I install NI VISA on Oscilloscope too?

Does the HDO6054 have its own OS? If so, you may need to enable it for external control (i.e. disable itself as the System Controller) so that the computer it's connected to can control it.

Yes it does have an OS but I dont know how to enable it

I found this on page 98 of the HDO6000 Operator's Manual that may enable you to use external control but I would consult Lecroy for further troubleshooting to set it up if that doesn't work.
