Error when creating a new Ni windows form application on vs2019 16.5.1 version

Hello,

I meet a problem when I started vs2019 and creat a new NI windows form application, the error shows like the attachment, I have tried to re-install measurement studio, It still can not work, And I tried WPF and DAQ task, all didn't works. 

Does any one know the reason?

i had the same issue and i read this :

"...... the only way for the Measurement Studio extension to work under Visual Studio 2019 is to check the checkbox under Extensions->Manage Extensions (Click 'Change your settings for Extensions') Under Options Choose Environment->Extensions and Check 'Allow synchronous autoload of extensions
