3d graph run error in VS2013

I used 3d graph in VS2013, it's fine in design mode, but when I run the program, "class not registered" error appeared.

steps to reload the OCX component and put the 3d graph to my form and run it... the same error appeared.

How should I fixed this problem?

Hi tomcatfan,

Would it be possible to get a translation of the error message into English or a copy of the actual text characters to put into a translation service? If I could read the body text of the error I may be able to help provide guidance on what's going on.
