Mixed signal triggering for two-signal edge separation measurement

Is it possible to trigger a two-signal edge separation task from different sources?

I have an 9321 counter and a 9201 analog input (modules) in a cDAQ-9174 chassis.The counter is connected to a quadrature encoder and configured to measure position, S.  The analog input measures a time based analog signal, G.  What I want to do is determine reaction time between a specific position S(trig) and signal G (threshold).   

I have experimented with examples using external inputs for edge triggering, my question is specifically about triggering on position (start) and analog value (end).
