Instrument Driver for Hommel-Tester T2000 (Surface Roughness Profilometer)

I am using a Hommel-Tester T2000 Surface Roughness Profilometer with data output via printer only.

No I would like to implement electronic data output via the RS232 serial port.

Does there exist a software solution providing this quite simple feature?

You've posted to the wrong board. Measure is an add-on program for Excel.

There is no driver from NI. You can create your own driver or use the Instrument I/O Assistant. You need to get the programming manual from the vendor.
