I try to take the measurement values from NORMA4000 FLUKE via GPIB. Under my application I need IVI driver but drrivers was not delivered togethr with Analyzer. Could somebody help me obtain IVI drivers for this instrument?

You posted to a board that is for an obsolete add-on for Excel called Measure. Is this the program you are actually using?
Whatever environment you are using, did you look at the drivers that NI has?
