take succession of images from USB camera

Good evening, I have a medical project where i will use labview (vision NI-IMAQdx...) and USB video camera ,and i have a problem ,how can i get a succession of images that separate between them 3 or 5 seconds from a USB camera video,and after that i must to process this images,Please if can any one help me its urgent case.

could you explain exactly what is your means succession

I mean to take a picture each 5 seconds from the video acquiring directly from usb camera.and when you take this picture you can proceed it.did you understand?

I was able to test the VI on my computer and it worked well to the use case.  I'd be careful because this is a simple example that does a great job in showing you that it is possible, but it is roughly based on the Producer Consumer Architecture so be mindful of just copy/pasting the code into your's.
