problem with acquire image with MAX&VBAI

Hi everyone! I got a problem when I try to acquire image by MAX. When I link my camera made by basler with GIGE the first time,MAX can detect it and i can acquire image.Before this,I have changed packet size to 1500 and selected jumbo frames.Then I goto VBAI ,try to build my first inspection project. AS first step, I choose “acquire image （GIGE）”.Then click“ run state once”. But an timeout error occured with no image acquired. At the same time ,there is no camera in the list of devices. After fresh,the camera appears in the list again. But when I try to run it agrain,the same error comes again.So ,anyone can help?

Does the timeout error look like the one in case 4 here: http://www.ni.com/product-documentation/5846/en/ ?

The likely solution is to disable your firewalls and see if it works. Else, if you this is your issue, try deleting the .icd file: https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019XYDSA2&l=en-US

Hi,KeddyC. Thank you for reply. I have this problem when I use my laptop with Realtek net card. Yesterday，I build my

system on my desktop PC with Intel net card. With firewall close and jumbo frame open，it works fine for now.I will do more tests to see if the same error will come up or not.

There is too little resource on how to develop vision project with LavVIEW. Any advice?
