Why Vision FPGA Sync is not working in FlexRIO 7935?

I have tried to use FlexRIO 1483 with FlexRIO Controller 7935, and I noticed that FPGA Vision Sync node is not working.

But if I put the very same 1483 module to FlexRIO 7976, ( it have the same FPGA like 7935), but now I can use Vision FPGA Sync without problem?

Can anyone help me on this issue? Is it a bug or something? I think with the same FPGA (K7 410T) , it should have same function?
