Greetings,
I am trying to connect a Pulnix TM-9701 to a PCI-1422 IMAQ board. I want to acquire asynchronously at 10 Hz. Ideally, I'd like to operate in the mode where the camera is triggered and the frame grabber receives a signal from the camera to download the image (along the lines of the LL Occurence Grab.vi example).
I have the cable from NI, which appears to be the correct cable. I have set the camera to asnychronous mode and have tried several combinations of the function dial and the interlaced/non-interlaced switch. My best results have the camera in non-interlaced mode (set to free run in MAX). I get an image, but over several triggers the image shifts, with one or more lines from the top being removed and appended to the bottom of the image. This will progress over several cycles, until half or more of the top of the image is displayed on the bottom of the image. Does anyone have any idea what the correct configuration is, given what I'm trying to accomplish?
I've tried JAI/Pulnix, and their tech support is just this side of useless.
Thanks!
