VBAI 2019 Custom Inspection Interface Missing Error

Hello everyone , 

 

I was working on VBAI 2019 version . I did save my project after many improvements that I make . Suddenly I realized that the inspection file was much smaller ( 65KB ) and giving error while loading. (see below )
